According to Aristotle, knowledge and language are intrinsically linked, and the structure of Greek serves as a natural
organum for understanding the structure of the world. Since antiquity, countless scholars have debated the meanings and implications of this supreme philosophical work. It remains a cornerstone of human thought,
presented here in a rare early 16th-century edition of the original Greek text.
This edition was critically prepared by Professor G. Pacio.
Up to modern times only a few scholars could grapple in depth with this masterpiece of philosophy. Early editions of the Organum are rare.
