These aren't just dry letters; they are comprehensive strategic analyses of the Ottoman military and its resources,of the Sultan's Christians subjects,of the economy etc. Very detailed each one (from 30 to 80 pages each) are invaluable for the 16th century Greeks under Ottoman rule as they provide from population data up to commercial activities.
