20 lep. dull blue (pos. 147) with uneven C.F. (Kound 53.8.). Also Groom's characteristic "2" No 18 with minor faults (creases). Uneven C.F. exists on pos. 147 for 10 lep. and 80 lep. as well. Very usefull stamp for determining the settings (Hellas 41d)
