A Royal copy, ex-St Clair copy of a very rare work. Sander, a Bavarian officer, came to Greece and served in the Hellenic army for four years. His account provides a very detailed description of the actual situation of the Greek people and Greek society in the mid-1830s. Not in Atabey or Blackmer.
