In Tinos, overseers (ephoroi) were appointed to replace the governor who had been designated by the Hydriot Admiral. There is a detailed report regarding a murder on the island of Tinos: three perpetrators killed a nobleman of the city. Two of the culprits were identified and arrested, while the Prefect (Eparchos) was sent to Hydra to present the evidence. In Hydra, there are very few armed ships due to a lack of ammunition. Meanwhile, the Algerian fleet is heading toward Tenedos. In Smyrna, peace prevails, and Christians are living harmoniously alongside Muslims.
